By accessing aqarchain.com or creating an account you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Aqar Chain on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate information. You may sign in with an email and password or with Google. When you use Google sign-in you also agree to Google's terms, and you authorise us to receive your basic Google profile (name, email, verification status, account ID and picture) solely to create and secure your account. You are responsible for activity under your account and must notify us of any unauthorised use. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or applicable UAE law.

You retain ownership of content you upload, and you grant Aqar Chain a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, adapt for formats and display it for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform. You warrant that you hold the rights to every video, image, floor plan and music track you upload, that listings are genuine and available, that pricing is accurate, and that agents display a valid RERA/BRN registration where required. Misleading, duplicated or expired listings may be removed.

• Scraping, bulk downloading or reverse engineering any part of the platform.
• Uploading unlawful, infringing, discriminatory or misleading content.
• Harassing users, spamming leads, or circumventing agent or provider fees.
• Interfering with security controls or attempting to access other users' data.

Map, geocoding and place features are provided through Google Maps Platform. Your use of them is additionally governed by the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. You may not copy, cache, store or redistribute Maps content, use it to create or improve a competing mapping product, or remove Google attribution. Map locations are approximate and must not be relied on for boundaries, title or navigation decisions.

Aqar Chain is a venue that connects users with agents, landlords, property managers and service providers. Contracts for viewings, leases, sales and services are formed directly between those parties. We do not guarantee the qualifications, licences, insurance, pricing or workmanship of any provider, and we are not a party to, nor an escrow agent for, any transaction. Providers must hold a valid UAE trade licence and any insurance required for the trades they list.

Browsing and enquiring is free. Paid plans, listing packages and marketplace fees, where offered, are shown before purchase and are stated exclusive of VAT unless indicated. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Each party will comply with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. Where you receive lead or tenant data through the platform you act as an independent controller of that data, must use it only to respond to the enquiry or manage the tenancy, must keep it secure and must honour deletion requests.

The Aqar Chain name, logo, software and design are our property. You may not use them without written permission. Report claimed copyright infringement to legal@aqarchain.com and we will review and, where appropriate, remove the content.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law our aggregate liability arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Provisions on content licences, liability and governing law survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Dubai, and the Dubai courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
